Dressing table in ash

Custom made dressing table, designed to fit the customer’s desired proportions. Solid American ash throughout, with rounded tapering legs braced with dowels and wedged-through round tenons. To keep the table’s profile as slim as possible whilst maximising the internal depth of the drawers, the wooden runners hang from dovetail housings grooved into the underside of the top. This serves the dual purpose of holding the tabletop flat whilst allowing for natural seasonal movement of the timber.
